Selling your home? 
For my listings I hold open houses, I provide your home with its own website, I provide virtual tours, I help stage your home, and I provide full time Realtor service to you and your family throughout the whole process. I also provide my clients with weekly reports on the market conditions.

Buying a new home? 
When working with buyers I assist in helping them get preapproved, I find you homes that suit your needs, and I show you these homes. If you are an out of town client I will go out to the property and shoot additional pictures for you so you can understand what you are looking at and so I can become more familiar with the homes you are interested in. I also attend all my home inspections and every closing that I have. I believe in going the extra mile in every thing I do and I put forth 110% effort to assure that all of your needs are met.
